Any identified customer with at least one behavioral event in the last 12 months. Anonymous sessions do not count toward your profile limit. A profile is identified the first time you call Svue.identify() with a user ID or email. Profiles that go 12 months without any event are automatically archived and stop counting against your plan.
Yes, on all plans. You can import up to 24 months of historical event data via SQL sync or a bulk CSV upload. Historical data is what lets the churn propensity model produce accurate scores from day one rather than waiting weeks for real-time events to accumulate. The more behavioral history you import, the tighter the initial confidence bands.
We email you when you reach 90% of your profile limit. No automatic overage billing, no surprise charges. You can upgrade to the next tier, or you can archive profiles for customers who have been inactive for over 6 months to free up space. We give you at least two weeks' notice before any service impact.
